Prime Plots Public Services was formed to address an important requirement: to bring much needed funds into the public purse. We do this by utilising commercial ventures’ interest in public sector land and buildings. Uniquely, the first intention of Prime Plots is to re-provide community facilities at minimal or no cost to the tax payer or the council.

 

In this fast-changing world and especially due to the huge cuts in government funding, the need to act now and cost-save is very real. Our aim is to provide investment into buildings and land that need new resources or facilities, to the benefit of their communities.

 

We work with Councils, review their land holdings and set to secure a great outcome for the community and council alike.
