Prime Plots Group is a specialist residential land and development agency serving Hertfordshire, the Home Counties and South East England, from our office at 8-9 Bridge Street, Hitchin. We act on behalf of landowners, developers, housing associations and local authorities across the Home Counties and South East England, with one consistent specialism: residential development land.
We are not a property marketplace, a general estate agency, or a directory of plots for sale. We are a specialist agency that represents clients on individual transactions - securing the best market outcomes for landowners disposing of sites with development potential, and sourcing the right opportunities for developers, housing associations and PRS investors looking to acquire them.

Kane advises and transacts on residential property and development land across the South of England.
Having advised on a diverse range of land and property transactions for 25 years, Kane understands the importance of tailored advice and tracking property markets to secure timely opportunities for his clients, to maximise the value of their site. Kane is a trusted source for large, medium and small development companies across the region.
Prior to Prime Plots, Kane worked for Savills for 9 years, and previously managed estate agency businesses. Kane has worked in the property industry since 1997.

Prime Plots is led by Kane Lennon, who has over 25 years' specialist experience in residential development land. Before founding Prime Plots, Kane was Head of Residential Development Sales at Savills, where he led the firm's residential land disposal team across the Home Counties for nine years.
That background informs how Prime Plots operates today. Every instruction is led personally by Kane, supported by an experienced team. The level of senior expertise you'd expect at a major firm - applied directly to your site, whether that's a single self-build plot or a strategic consented opportunity for several hundred units.

held on 12 November 2025 at Tewinbury Hotel, Welwyn.
The award, sponsored by Worcester Lloyd, recognised consultancy work across both Prime Plots' residential land advisory and LGPC's public sector property consultancy.
