Prime Plots Strategic identifies and works with landowners to review land which may be suitable for large-scale redevelopment. Prime Plots Strategic manages relationships between landowners, developers and the local authority to ensure best value is achieved for the landowner. This will include the marketing of the development prospect, management of all offers and securing the best possible terms.
